Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations received with less notice may not be eligible for refunds. During tours, guides or other participants may take photographs. By participating, you consent to appearing in photographs that may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior without refund. This includes but is not limited to intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow guide instructions.
Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personal information from individuals under 16.
We reserve the right to modify tour routes, duration, or content due to circumstances beyond our control, including construction, events, or safety considerations. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund unless the changes fundamentally alter the nature of the service.
